If the return is due to a Gresso Miami error (such as an incorrect or defective item), Gresso Miami will provide you with a return label to return the goods at our own cost.
If goods are being returned to Gresso Miami for other reasons, it is the customers responsibility to obtain pre-approval for the return, and to cover the shipping costs.
Special Note on International Orders:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable on international orders that are returned to Gresso Miami due to incorrect or missing address information.
Additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address. - Orders refused by the recipient for any reason and/or returned to Gresso Miami for non-payment of Customs Duties and Taxes are non-refundable.
Returned Merchandise
The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging, and returned in the same new condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. We do not charge re-stocking fees.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of returning the product to Gresso Miami, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
How to Return an Item
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. A customer service specialist will contact you with your return authorization information. Gresso Miami does not accept returns that have not been authorized.
We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders shipped within the United States. Products are shipped within 1 business day of the order being received and payment being processed.
Our Ground Shipping Service is provided by FedEx. Delivery time is around 3-5 business days.
International orders will be shipped via:
- USPS First Class International Service (around 10 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail Service (around 4-6 business days)
- USPS Express Mail Service (around 2-3 business days)
On all international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all Customs Duties and Taxes levied by the country of destination.
